Reflections from the global salon series

We had a fantastic evening at the Human Energy Global Salon in Manhattan.  The curated conversation at the dinner tables brought together people from industry, academia, and the activist/non-profit space in a unique and genuinely productive way.  And I’m grateful for the ongoing connections.  The whole evening went by too quickly!

— Andrew Chignell, Laurance S. Rockefeller University, Center for Human Values, Princeton University
The event felt exceptionally well-structured—intimate, purposeful, and already infused with shared inquiry from the moment we arrived.

— Abre Fournier, Researcher, Consultant, and Facilitator for Integrated Sciences of Transformation in Contemporary Cognitive Sciences and Asian Philosophical Traditions
The event was fantastic.

There was a great mixture of people with different backgrounds and expertise. The ballroom table layout made the event feel
intimate and conducive to spirited conversation.

The panel was very
relevant and fascinating. I enjoyed the topics and how they related to health and human connection.
A wonderful gathering, a space for intentional conversation and open dialogue. I left feeling inspired and eager for more conversation.

— Helen Lundström Erwin, Founder - The Foremothers Café
The global salon made me realize how much I missed experiences like this. As opportunities expand to connect digitally, we are starved for face-to-face, thoughtful connections with people who have something to say.

— Art Kleiner, AI advisor, author, and educator
The Human Energy Global Salon was one of the most thought-provoking and energizing experiences I’ve had in the AI space. In an industry saturated with buzzwords and speed-to-market obsession, this event was a refreshing and deeply-needed recalibration. Rather than chasing the latest hype cycle, the Salon offered a rare and meaningful space to explore the philosophical, ethical, and human dimensions of AI—dimensions that are too often sidelined. It brought together a remarkably diverse group of thinkers, professionals, creatives, and scientists to explore questions of agency, connection, and purpose in the age of AI.

What stood out most to me was the intentional design of the experience: not just to discuss ideas, but to cultivate dialogue across boundaries—disciplinary, professional, and personal. The cross-pollination of perspectives, the emphasis on anticipation and responsibility, and the call for authentic human-centered innovation created something truly unique.

I left feeling not just informed but renewed. This is exactly
the kind of forum the tech world needs more of—one where substance outweighs spectacle and where we can begin to co-create the guardrails and guiding principles that will shape AI in service of human flourishing.

If you’re a leader, creator, or company who believes in building a more thoughtful and inclusive future for AI, I encourage you to attend—or better yet, sponsor—future salons. The conversations that happen here matter.

— Anna Langhorne, Chief Privacy & Responsible AI Officer at Arvinas
I deeply appreciated the Human Energy Global Salon as it creates genuine Dialogue. "Genuine" in terms of true, open, inquisitive listening to others. This started with the invitees which  share a depth of expertise and insight in their field which is always worth listening too. Followed by the even more enriching dialogue with the invitees. I loved it
