We are thrilled to announce the completion of
Human Energy’s inaugural Strategic Plan, a bold and clarifying document that charts our path for the next three years.

Executive Summary
Human Energy's inaugural Strategic Plan, guided by the CEO and Board Chair, through an inclusive process involving stakeholder surveys, focus groups, and data analysis between February and April 2025, establishes a framework to guide the organization's evolution and impact. The plan articulates a grand vision of humanity evolving toward its full collective potential, with Human Energy serving as a catalytic hub for collective consciousness through research, education, media, and immersive experiences. Five major goals balance internal organizational development (financial sustainability and operational excellence) with external impact (serving as a global hub, becoming a thought leader, and modeling integrative education). The plan represents a major strategic inflection point, transitioning from its late founder’s compelling vision and charisma to a more collaborative model, building on the organization's unique interdisciplinary strengths. Next steps include an all-organization workshop to align projects with priorities and form working groups to translate strategic objectives into concrete action plans.
