The Human Energy NextGen Advisory Board is a group of young thinkers and builders working at
the intersection of technology, science, philosophy, and global innovation. Within the broader Human Energy ecosystem, the NextGen Board exists to help advance the organization’s mission of exploring
the evolution of intelligence on Earth—from human and artificial intelligence to collective intelligence
and the evolving noosphere.
Our purpose is simple: to bring the next generation into Human Energy’s mission of exploring how
humanity can use emerging technologies and shared intelligence to drive future progress. NextGen
brings together students and early-career professionals who think critically about how AI systems,
global digital networks, and human values are reshaping civilization at scale.
As AI and global networks accelerate evolutionary change, the next generation has a unique
role to play in what comes next. NextGen creates a space for young minds to explore big
questions, collaborate across disciplines, and push forward new ideas about the future.

Network brings young thinkers together to explore what the future could become—and how to build
it together, with intention. This community includes a wide network of students and young
changemakers who are connected to Human Energy through events, mentorship, conversations, and
shared inquiry. Through these connections, members are introduced to Human Energy’s core ideas
about collective intelligence, the noosphere, and humanity’s long-term trajectory.
The NextGen Network is a space for tomorrow’s leaders who are curious about the future of
intelligence, technology, and human purpose—and who want to be part of a global community
exploring those questions together.
Members of this growing community gain access to Human Energy, with opportunities for
mentorship, committee voting, exclusive events, collaborative projects, research, and more. This
network is for young thinkers, innovators, creators, and decision-makers to engage with ideas, connect

There are multiple ways to participate in NextGen. Students and young professionals can join the
NextGen Network to connect with Human Energy’s community, attend events, and stay engaged
with ongoing research and initiatives.
NextGen members may also engage directly in projects and experimental initiatives, including:
● Designing new digital spaces that reimagine social media toward reflection, creativity, and collective
intelligence
● Participating in the Global Salon Series as an intergenerational learning and dialogue space
● Piloting immersive and spatial formats (e.g., VR or world-based platforms) for collective sensemaking

● Contributing to media projects (documentary, digital storytelling, and long-form content) examining

Mentorship Program, pairing selected participants with mentors from across the organization’s
